		<description>Same boat here, capped @ 250 GB a month by Mr. Charter.  With no way to monitor what I&#039;ve used.  I got a call from the exec. team about the email I sent to the CEO of Charter.  They claim if I go near my cap, they will call me....but it doesnt help me if its only midway thru the month....

FYI ATT Uverse doesn&#039;t cap yet...max speeds of 20 Mbit down and 1.5 Mbit up....
